License to use creations made by our apps and games:
We own the intellectual property rights to the design, development and information that is on Lucium and products made by Lucium and all graphics and content combinations that can be created by our products.
You may use graphics and content found/created/generated/derived from our products only for personal, noncommercial purposes. For example, you can use the avatars you created via Chibi Me avatar creator application as your profile photo on your non-commercial social media such as YouTube or Twitter or Instagram or Facebook.
You may not reproduce, sell, print, reprint, copy, store, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, modify, translate, port, publish, sublicense, assign, transfer, resell, loan or distribute our products or the content derived from our products without our prior written consent. For example, you cannot print or sell a postcard or a t-shirt that has a chibi on it made by our avatar makers. Or you cannot print or sell a sticker from our sticker packs.
When sharing content made by our apps, we would be happy if you mention “Lucium” or app name you are using for example: “Chibi Me” and give a link to our website as in www.lucium.com or a link to the app you used.
Please use our products for goodness, happiness, cuteness, learning and teaching.

You may not bully, harass or tease other people or make them sad with our products or any content created by our products.
You agree that you are going to eat clean and healthy food.
All visual content and data on our products are for fun and learning purposes.
If you are under 18 years old, you may not reproduce, make, create, sew, knit, crochet, dress, cook, eat any content provided or created by using our products in real life without asking permission of your parents.
You may not use our products for too long periods without giving a healthy break to eat, drink, sleep, move and socialise in real life unless you have your doctors permission to do so.
